RoseDowns specializes in the design and manufacture of screw presses for oilseed processing and animal by-product applications. Our expertise spans the production of presses for various oilseed processes, including pre-pressing, full pressing, and cold pressing. In addition to these, RoseDowns manufacture specialist presses designed for processing animal by-products.

RoseDowns also supplies spare parts for their presses as well as for other press manufacturers globally. Furthermore, RoseDowns produce oil screening tanks, which efficiently separate solids from pressed oil, ensuring optimal performance in oil extraction processes.

Foots Recovery Tanks

Foots recovery tanks, available in standard sizes, from 5 to 40 tonnes, efficiently remove solids from pressed oil before the filtration process.

The tank is sized to typically provide 20 to 30 minutes settling time and buffer storage.
