Inside Sales and Project Manager
We are looking for a proactive individual to manage after-sales services, including spare parts, support services, and audits. This role involves liaising with various departments and maintaining positive customer relationships. If you are a dedicated and detail-oriented professional, join our team specializing in seed preparation, solvent extraction, oil refining, fat modification, biodiesel, and Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO)/Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) pre-treatment business lines.

Key accountabilities

Prepare offers based on Customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) in collaboration with the Sales Manager for the territory.
- Liaise with various departments, such as Engineering, to provide technical support.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing for offers.

Monitor, manage and execute Purchase Orders in cooperation with other departments and maintain a positive relationship with Customer, ensuring a timely delivery.

Provide regular status on quotation and project progress and analyse sales data to support company development

Keep up your knowledge of the offered solutions, products and services and work closely with Desmet technical experts.

You will report to the Customer Service Manager
Required profile
- MSc or BSc degree, preferably in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Commercial) or at least five years of experience in a technical-commercial position, ideally in a technical environment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (3D / 2D).

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.

A self-driven team player, pro-active, and hands-on.

Have an analytical and structured approach along with a “what if…?” mentality in proposing solutions to Customer issues.

Fluent knowledge of English and Russian is a must. Any other language is an asset.

Ability to learn quickly and bring creative solutions to problems.
