We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage global spare parts shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery from suppliers to customers worldwide. The role involves coordinating transportation, preparing export documentation, collaborating with warehouses and freight forwarders, and resolving delivery challenges with a customer-focused approach. Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end transportation activities for global Customer Service (Spare Parts) projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery from suppliers to end customers worldwide.
  • Prepare and manage all required export and shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, and other logistics-related documents.
  • Proactively resolve delivery issues in close collaboration with the Aftersales team, ensuring fast and practical solutions for urgent shipments and customer requirements.
  • Partner closely with the Warehouse Manager to oversee deliveries, quality inspections, packing, and shipping operations.
  • Provide regular updates to Aftersales and internal stakeholders on shipment progress and delivery status.
  • Coordinate and communicate shipment requirements and instructions to freight forwarders and logistics partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of transportation, export compliance, purchasing, and logistics administration processes, policies, and best practices.

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent through relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an international logistics, transportation, or shipping environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms® 2020 and international trade and transportation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently with a high level of accountability.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and documentary credits is considered an asset; fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Dutch, French, or other languages is a plus.
