Solvent extractor
Our extractors are known as Reflex (fixed bottom, deep bed), LM (moving bottom, deep bed), and LLL (fixed bottom, shallow bed). Each is designed to address the diverse needs and preferences of the global crushing industry.
LM extractor
Desmet LM extractor is based on the original patented design of the De Smet continuous belt extractor. It was designed and invented by Mr. Ir. De Smet, the founder of our company. It was first time built in 1946. The design has since then been continuously improved based on industrial experience and feedback of the many clients.
Reflex extractor
A critical equipment in the extraction plant is the solvent extractor. Desmet has developed different types of extractors for specific applications.
LLL extractor
The Desmet LLL extractor is the third type of large capacity extractors in the Desmet portfolio. ‘LLL’ stands for Low Level Linear extractor. This extractor differentiates from the Reflex and LM extractor, since it is a shallow bed extractor with layer heights between 0.5 and 1 m.
