We are pleased to share highlights from the Desmet Biofuels Technology Workshop held in Brussels, Belgium.
Across two engaging days, industry professionals came together to exchange knowledge, explore innovations, and discuss the evolving landscape of sustainable biofuels. The workshop served as a dynamic platform for technical dialogue, practical insights, and meaningful networking—further strengthened by interactive sessions, an R&D facility tour, and informal discussions throughout the event.
A wide range of topics were covered, reflecting the complexity and diversity of today’s biofuels landscape—from feedstock flexibility and process optimization to product quality and operational efficiency.
We were also honored by valuable contributions from external experts, including Jorge Herrero and Sebastian Lars Löscher (Clariant), and Paolo Corvo (BFPartners), whose perspectives enriched the discussions.
