Desmet is pleased to announce the successful handover of the Fractionation Plant in Guatemala for NaturAceites.
This facility, with a 200 TPD fat modification capacity, is designed to process Palm Oil and is equipped with Desmet’s advanced, fully automated fat modification technology, powered by our innovative Mobulizer 4th Generation.
From the very beginning as a greenfield project, Desmet supported NaturAceites S.A. throughout all project phases — from conceptual design and process engineering to building erection and infrastructure development — ensuring optimal layout, seamless utilities integration, and long-term operational efficiency.
The plant has also been developed with a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainable operation, contributing to optimized energy consumption and improved overall performance.
