Mr. Tim Kemper, President of Desmet, was in Bangalore, India on the 5th and 6th December 2022 for a business review of the two Indian entities, viz. Desmet India and Desmet Global Engineering Centre as well as interacting with the local teams. He was visiting India after nearly three years, due to travel restrictions during the pandemic. On his previous visit, Tim had inaugurated the new offices of Desmet in India in January 2020, at our new premises on Infantry Road, Bangalore.
In a townhall organized on the terrace, Tim addressed the Indian team sharing his vision for 2025 as well as commending the good performance of the two Indian entities during 2022. It was a good opportunity for 300 employees of Desmet India to hear his thoughts on growth opportunities and business focus.
He specifically discussed the priorities to be addressed to meet our vision as well as our preparedness for managing extremely challenging and constantly changing global dynamics. He also emphasised on the business direction and efforts required to achieve our goals.

He was also very glad to interact with various groups of employees in person and to take their questions on the various facets of Desmet life and business.
